Intrinsic Motivation

Intrinsic Motivation is when you do something because it’s personally rewarding or enjoyable, not because of outside pressures or rewards. For example, reading a book because you love the story or playing a sport because it’s fun. In short, it’s about doing things because you genuinely want to, not because you have to.
