Self-Assessment
A self-assessment is like looking in a "learning mirror." It’s when students reflect on their own work, progress, or skills to see what they’re doing well and where they can improve. Instead of waiting for a teacher to grade them, they ask themselves questions like, Did I do my best? or What could I do better next time? It’s a way to take ownership of learning and grow from the experience. In short, it’s about students evaluating themselves to become more aware and proactive learners.
