Printing from a Computer (Windows or Mac)
Method 1: Using the Keyboard (Quickest Way)
- Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to your computer.
- Open the page you want to print.
- Press Ctrl + P (on Windows) or ⌘ + P (on Mac) at the same time.
- A print window will appear. Check the settings, such as printer selection and number of copies.
- Click Print.
Method 2: Using the Browser Menu
- Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to your computer.
- Open web page you want to print.

Look at the top of your web browser for the menu:
- In Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox, click the three dots or three lines in the upper-right corner.
- In Safari (Mac), click File in the top menu bar.
- Select Print from the menu.
- A print window will appear. Adjust the settings as needed.
- Click Print.
Printing from a Phone or Tablet
Using the Share or Menu Button
- Open the web page you want to print.

Look for a Share icon (often looks like an arrow coming out of a box) or a Menu button (three dots or three lines):
- On an iPhone or iPad: Tap the Share button and look for Print.
- On an Android phone or tablet: Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner and select Print.
- If a printer is connected to your device, select it from the list.
- Adjust settings if needed and tap Print.
If You Don’t Have a Printer Connected

You can save the page as a PDF and print it later:
- On a computer, choose “Save as PDF” in the print settings and save the file to your desktop.
- On a phone or tablet, look for an option like “Save as PDF” or “Print to PDF” in the print menu.
If you are having trouble, ask someone for help or check your printer's manual for additional instructions.
