Fixed Mindset

A Fixed Mindset is the belief that your abilities are set in stone and can’t change much. For example, someone with a fixed mindset might think, "I’m just not good at math," and give up instead of trying to improve. In short, it’s about seeing skills as something you’re born with, rather than something you can develop with effort and practice.
